Fall Fun Fest & International Migratory Bird Day

Thank you for making the 2016 Fall Fun Fest a success this year. We had around 200 people show up and we want to thank you all for your support.

We hope this year's Fall Fun Fest will be bigger than ever! Kenosha County is a Bird City and once again will be planning a joint International Migratory Bird Day event on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Pringle Nature Center. It will be in conjunction with our annual fall festival and will be titled "Fall Fun Fest: Birds & Butterflies - Stopover Sites: Helping Birds Along the Way"

Activities include hayrides, Monarch tagging, bird crafts, and more! For more information please contact either Kenosha County Parks at 262-857-1869 or the Pringle Nature Center at 262-857-8008.

Volunteers are extremely important to this event and will be needed to make this day a success. If you are interested in set-up or clean-up, food service, craft activities, greeting or ticket sales please contact Kay Wikel at dwikel@wi.rr.com.
